As a Product Marketing Manager at Expoint, you will join an innovative and forward-thinking team of professionals dedicated to the success of the company’s technology products. Your many responsibilities will include developing marketing plans; managing product launches; coordinating and monitoring customer surveys; creating new product ideas; creating website content; and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for creating persuasive and creative promotional materials to ensure that the company’s products stand out amongst the competition. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will act as a key advocate for the company and be expected to ensure the success of product launches. You will use strategies and tactics to keep the products at the forefront of customers’ minds. This includes identifying customer needs and trends, adjusting the product mix and forecasting sales and revenue. You will also regularly collaborate with the product design and engineering teams to ensure that the products are meeting customer needs.
You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under tight deadlines. You should also have a good understanding of the industry and be proficient in using analytics and customer segmentation software. Successful candidates should also be highly organized, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and boast strong negotiation and presentation skills.
