10+ years of product management experience, with significant focus on payments, fintech, platforms, or marketplace ecosystems.
Proven track record in building and scaling B2B or platform products, with deep expertise in SDKs, APIs, and developer experience.
Demonstrated experience building and launching embedded payments and financial services solutions within platform or SaaS environments
Strong platform thinking: ability to design solutions that serve both business and technical stakeholders, including developers, compliance, and operations.
Demonstrated experience managing the partner lifecycle: onboarding, enablement, engagement, performance tracking, and renewal/termination.

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $158,000 - $238,000/YR.
