As our Risk Technology practice continues to rapidly expand, we are seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate, focused on cloud-based application security, controls, and technology enablement. We need Seniors to help our clients develop and execute sustainable risk management solutions through transformational their efforts. Your key responsibilities

Leveraging your cloud application and industry knowledge, you will lead cross-functional teams in developing innovative solutions for clients that will assist them in evolving and sustaining a risk management program through transformation. You will support EY teams responsible for transforming organizations' front, middle, and back office through implementation of leading practice cloud-based technology solutions.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree and approximately 2-3 years of related work experience
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of business processes across one or many cloud base applications (e.g., purchase-to-pay, hire-to-retire, customer-to-contract), technical application security design and configuration, application role maintenance and user provisioning processes.
• Internal controls within and around the Oracle or cloud-based applications
• Oracle Applications security and how to achieve a design that enables an end user but also establishes control.
• Advanced project management and client service skills
• Excellent teaming skills
• A valid driver’s license in the US and a valid passport required; willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally to meet client needs

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience integrating, managing, or assessing security and controls for cloud-based applications.
• ERP implementation project management and support experience (Oracle and/or Workday experience is a plus)
• Industry related certification (e.g., CISA, PMP, CIA, RICS); non-certified hires are required to become certified within 1 year from the date of hire

The Oracle HCM Implementation Consultant assists in planning, pursuing, delivering and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives along with providing experience in leading practices, methods, and resources in HCM applications and technology space. Our Oracle Services HCM group can assist in providing resources around the design, configuration and implementation of HCM Application Solutions, in addition to advising clients to help understand, architect and implement the core applications and technology required to run their business.

As a Senior in Technology Business Analysis, you will be instrumental in connecting business needs with technical solutions. You will play a pivotal role in evaluating business models, eliciting requirements, and ensuring the technical teams deliver solutions that are in perfect harmony with business objectives.

Your key responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch business analysis and system configuration. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications
• Configuring and implementing solutions that align with business needs

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A Bachelor's degree
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Human Capital Management Solutions
• Overall IT projects implementation of 4+ years
• Strong knowledge, understanding and HCM implementation experience in Oracle Cloud HCM specifically around Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management
• Wide experience in playing roles as Project Manager/module Lead/ SMR
• Experience in large multi-geography global transformation assignments and HCM deployments preferred, US experience required
• Experience in multiple HCM implementations, preferably an implementation of co-existence model
• Proficient in understanding business requirements and advising clients on strategy for HCM technology deployments
• Excellent knowledge of features in HCM applications; having the ability to understand HR business needs and accordingly advise on the best business practices of HCM deployments
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
• Ability to travel up to 50%+ and/or as required by client

• MBA or MS degree preferred, but not required
• Oracle Cloud HCM
• ADP experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Install and configure POWER BI.
• Monitor the POWER BI platform, including integration with RTX observability and alerting solutions, and recommend platform improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve POWER BI platform issues.
• Configure data source connections and manage asset libraries.
• Identify and raise system capacity related issues (storage, licenses, performance threshold).
• Define best practices for POWER BI deployment.
• Integrate POWER BI with other ES Data platforms and Business Unit installations of POWER BI.
• Participate in overall data platform architecture and strategy.
• Research and recommend alternative actions for problem resolution based on best practices and application functionality with minimal direction.

Knowledge and Skills:

• 3+ years working in customer success or in a customer-facing engineering capacity is required.
• Large scale implementation experience with complex solutions environment.
• Experience in customer-facing positions, preferably industry experience in technology based solutions.
• Experience being able to navigate, escalate and lead efforts on complex customer/partner requests or projects.
• Experience with Linux command line.
• An aptitude for both analyzing technical concepts and translating them into business terms, as well as for mapping business requirements into technical features.
• Knowledge of the software development process and of software design methodologies helpful
• 3+ years experience in a cloud ops / kubernetes application deployment and management role, working with an enterprise software or data product.
• Experience with Attribute-based Access Control (ABAC), Virtual Director Services (VDS), PING Federate or Azure Active Directory (AAD) helpful.
• Cloud platform architecture, administration and programming experience desired.
• Experience with Helm, Argo CD, Docker, and cloud networking.
• Excellent communication skills: interpersonal, written, and verbal.
• Experience with Identity Access Management (IAM).

• Candidates with DoD experience are preferred.

Education and Work Experience:

• This position requires a minimum A BA/BS Degree (or equivalent) in technology, computing or other related field of study.
• Experience in lieu of education may be considered if the individual has ten (10) or more years of relevant experience.

Hours:

• Normal work schedule hours may vary, Monday through Friday. May be required to work flexible hours and/or weekends, as needed, to meet deadlines or to fulfill application administration obligations.
• May participate in an on-call rotation for multiple BI platforms.
