Our Business Tax Advisory practice gives you the opportunity to focus on US tax information reporting & withholding matters. You will work in a group environment on challenging information reporting and withholding engagements across all financial services sectors. We offer the specialization in assisting clients with mission-critical operationaltax issues and customer reporting issues. Specifically, our experienced practitioners work across tax and operations to deliver advice and support throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with colleagues to assist clients in understanding relevant tax rules and implementing changes to their operations, processes and systems.Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), and domestic withholding and reporting matters.You can expect to work on engagements dealing with the FATCA, cost basis reporting, and various other global compliance and reporting initiatives, such as the Common Reporting Standard (CRS). As you progress within EY and our CTORS tax team, you will become a trusted business advisor to your clients. The CTORS Tax Services practice invests in the development of its team, with frequent virtual training, update calls and in-person trainings to help individuals develop technical skills and learn about new areas of the law. Through your experiences, you will develop your skill sets and learn how CTORS requirements are managed within large to medium size companies.
Your key responsibilities
You will interface daily with superiors, peers and subordinates and clients on large and small CTORS projects. This could include interpreting IRS Code and Regulations, drafting guidance, data analyzation and requirements development that help clients translate and implement these rules. You may conduct a gap analysis of the current state of clients’ policies, procedures and systems and write business requirements. You will be part of a team that prepares documentation including presentations and flow charts. You will be involved in technical analysis, process improvement and respond to requests for proposals from clients. You will also get the opportunity to support the development of innovative technology solutions, as well as train and manage staff located in remote delivery centers.

Job Description:
This job is responsible for working with a team of Global Payments Operations (GPO) professionals that specialize in Automated Clearing House (ACH) Production which entails preparing, executing, monitoring, and balancing the Automated Clearing System (ACX) processing windows throughout the day to ensure timely and accurate processing of funds according to requirements of the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA). Key tasks include analyzing the day-to-day ACH file issues/suspends, researching, and providing resolution for various issues identified within a business unit. Key responsibilities include executing, monitoring, and verifying ACH jobs, completing complex non-routine analytics, creating reports, and engaging with clients and internal associates via telephone and email for ACH Files that fail straight through processing edits and checks. Platform Administration:
Administer Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender for Office, and eShare, ensuring optimal performance and availability of the platforms.
Configure and manage security settings, policies, and policy exceptions within Microsoft Purview, Defender for Office, and eShare.
Follow change management life cycle for all configuration changes by testing in DEV and QA prior to promoting to Production through documenting change requests in ServiceNow.
User Support:
Respond to user incident tickets where a security tool has hindered their ability to perform a task (e.g., send email, receive email, copy to USB). Ensure tickets are resolved per SLAs.
Troubleshoot and identify root cause of user’s issue, implementing configuration change if required. Keep user informed through process with updates. Escalate to client stakeholders as required.
Create and maintain user support documentation, including KB articles, known issue posts, and SharePoint informational materials.
Collaboration and Communication:

Keep an updated project plan on a weekly cadence and report to stakeholders and project management as timelines shift or are delayed.
Team Leadership
Work alongside an international team across multiple time zones.
Identify asks from client stakeholders and assign to team members based on interest, skillset, and bandwidth. Track tasks to completion and provide updates to requesting stakeholders.
Provide team with technical support as an SMR on in-scope technologies.
Escalate issues and roadblocks to EY leadership as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
3+ years of proven experience in managing and supporting security and compliance solutions within Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Defender for Office.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Scripting experience, including PowerShell, Python, etc.
Automation experience, including Tines, PowerAutomate, etc.
Ticket and change management experience in ServiceNow.
Experience with leading an international team across multiple time zones.
Preferred Skills:
Experience or knowledge in eShare technologies.
Experience with dashboarding and metrics, including through Excel, PowerBI, Splunk, etc.
Experience maintaining multiple security tenants, GCCH and Commercial versions.
