The Opportunity:
As a key member of the global Revenue Operations team, the Growth Operations Manager will drive operational efficiency, scalability, and visibility across the revenue engine by streamlining processes and unlocking the full potential of our Go-to-Market (GTM) tech stack. This role is ideal for an efficiency and automation-minded operator, who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, process, technology, and execution.
In this role, you will directly impact Flywire’s ability to scale Revenue Operations globally across Education, Travel, B2B, and Healthcare verticals. By simplifying processes, improving data flow, and enabling AI and automation, you’ll empower our GTM teams to focus on what matters most – delivering exceptional client experiences and driving growth.
Local to Boston is preferred.
What You’ll Do:
Design and optimize Sales processes: Enable for scale by identifying friction points and reducing manual effort – while also maintaining both process and data integrity
Drive the RevOps tech stack roadmap: Ensure our technology investments deliver measurable business impact, streamline sales processes, and drive strong user adoption
Identity and execute AI and automation opportunities: Enhance both seller and RevOps productivity and data reliability (e.g., AI-driven coaching and insights; data enrichment)
Gather and prioritize business requirements: Partner with GTM leaders, end-users, and Systems architects to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and governed appropriately
Lead tool training and adoption: Develop and deliver tech stack enablement playbooks and track adoption to measure value realization across the GTM teams
What You Bring:
6-10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related functions – preferably in a financial payments and/or B2B software environment
Strong analytical mindset and deep understanding of GTM processes (e.g., forecasting, pipeline, and commissions) and RevOps tools (e.g., Salesforce/CPQ, Gong, and Marketo)
Proven experience designing scalable processes, leveraging data and technology to drive measurable business impact
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to partner cross-functionally, bridge business needs with technical solutions, and deliver impactful and timely projects
A proactive, efficiency-thinking approach with a passion for continuous improvement and automation

Our Business Tax Advisory practice gives you the opportunity to focus on US tax information reporting & withholding matters. You will work in a group environment on challenging information reporting and withholding engagements across all financial services sectors. We offer the specialization in assisting clients with mission-critical operationaltax issues and customer reporting issues. Specifically, our experienced practitioners work across tax and operations to deliver advice and support throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with colleagues to assist clients in understanding relevant tax rules and implementing changes to their operations, processes and systems.Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), and domestic withholding and reporting matters.You can expect to work on engagements dealing with the FATCA, cost basis reporting, and various other global compliance and reporting initiatives, such as the Common Reporting Standard (CRS). As you progress within EY and our CTORS tax team, you will become a trusted business advisor to your clients. As you develop, you will benefit from being led and mentored by nationally recognized tax professionals who include some of the firm’s most senior tax talent.
The CTORS Tax Services practice invests in the development of its team, with frequent virtual training, update calls and in-person trainings to help individuals develop technical skills and learn about new areas of the law. Through your experiences, you will develop your skill sets and learn how CTORS requirements are managed within large to medium size companies.
Your key responsibilities
You will interface daily with superiors, peers and subordinates and clients on large and small CTORS projects. This could include interpreting IRS Code and Regulations, drafting guidance, data analyzation and requirements development that help clients translate and implement these rules. You may conduct a gap analysis of the current state of clients’ policies, procedures and systems and write business requirements. You will be part of a team that prepares documentation including presentations and flow charts. You will be involved in technical analysis, process improvement and respond to requests for proposals from clients. You will also get the opportunity to support the development of innovative technology solutions, as well as train and manage staff located in remote delivery centers.
