This position provides the opportunity to be an important part of building relationships with our clients as you help them integrate and develop a successful onboarding process.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Through effective communication, you will be expected to build trust and ensure our customers feel heard and valued throughout the onboarding process. You will be involved in evaluating customer needs, building onboarding plans, and helping to define success.
You must have the ability to interpret customer needs and interpret customer requirements in order to design onboarding plans that meet those needs. Your skill set should include superb interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as the ability to interpret and analyze data. Working collaboratively with clients to develop onboarding plans will help to ensure our team’s success.
An onboarding specialist must possess the skill to recognize potential risks or problems with client onboarding and be able to come up with solutions to mitigate them. In addition, you will be expected to take initiative to drive forward the onboarding process, ensuring that all tasks have been completed and that our customers are getting the most out of their relationship with Expoint.
