Network Architect jobs

The Network Architect will be responsible for the conception and realization of the computer networks. They will have a comprehensive understanding of a variety of computer networks and be able to design, build, and maintain these networks accordingly. The responsibilities of a Network Architect at Expoint include the following: developing network architecture and standards; analyzing business requirements to determine best technical solutions; identifying security risks associated with network design; and designing and implementing network protocols and infrastructures. Additionally, the successful candidate must know how to repair, maintain and troubleshoot a variety of networking issues. The ideal candidate should possess superior analytical and communication skills and have a strong working knowledge of various telecommunications systems such as Ethernet, Wi-Fi, IP, mobile networks, etc. They should be highly organized and able to multitask well and excel under pressure. Lastly, the successful candidate should have the following technical expertise: Cisco routers and switches, firewall applications, load balancing devices, network monitoring and analysis tools, IP routing, and VLANS.
