Key job responsibilities
The Principal Business Development Manager’s primary responsibilities will include:• Defining a flexible, league-focused, long-term strategy for the business and breaking that strategy down into actionable goals;
• Proactively leading efforts to identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage sports partnerships that drive customer engagement and support our strategic objectives;
• Understanding inputs and opportunities of the category P&L
• Managing relationships with external partners, including with leagues, player associations, and brand partners;
• Driving cross-functional collaboration to drive internal stakeholder alignment; and
• Acting as the single-threaded owner of one or more major US sports leagues and all related retail business in the Amazon store.

Basic Qualifications

- 9+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 9+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- Experience developing and executing on GTM strategies that are large in scope
- Bachelors Degree


Preferred Qualifications

- Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale
- Experience building scalable programs and repeatable scalable processes, levering various tools and methods to create scale and efficiency
- MBA

  • Discuss Individual Retirement Accounts, such as Traditional and Roth IRAs
  • Create business efficiency by focusing on answering calls quickly, identifying client needs, initiating trades in the capital markets, and completing service-oriented transaction
  • Document all client interactions and meeting all regulatory requirements around these activities
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • A valid and active, Series 7 and 63
  • Strong compliance record in prior position(s) and ability to hold a registration in all 50 states
  • Ability to create and foster strong partnerships with business partners, working independently as well as in a team environment
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and be adaptive to change
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve client inquiries and requests as well as identify opportunities to deepen client relationships

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of the NEC & OSHA requirements
  • Hold a Valid CA Driver’s License.
  • Is legally authorized to in the United States.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull, and reach overhead.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and constantly moving on your feet.
  • Ability to climb and stand on all types of ladders.
