In this role, you'll be key to the success of our product by providing expertise and technical guidance to our clients in order to ensure that the functionality and integration of our platform is running smoothly. You'll be part of a team of technical professionals whose mission is to ensure a successful onboarding experience and ensure that all of our clients are receiving superior service. As a technical problem-solver, you will provide a range of services, including strategic consulting, software installation and configuration, user training, and system optimization. Additionally, you'll utilize your knowledge of related products and services to provide informed solutions that fill the needs of our clients. This role requires both in-depth technical knowledge, as well as creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. You will need to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to both new technologies and industry trends, and be able to help clients integrate those into their business. Communication skills will be key as you'll be responsible for facilitating dialogue between the technical and non-technical teams, in order to ensure a successful overall implementation. Successful candidates will have 3+ years of experience as either an implementation consultant, software engineer, or related position, and proficiency in both SQL and Object-Oriented Programing.
