The Human Resources Analyst role is one of the most important parts of any technology organization. At Expoint, we understand how critical this role is and pride ourselves on having the most capable professionals to fill it.
The Human Resources Analyst performs a variety of tasks such as employment selection, on-boarding and training. The prime responsibility of this position is to ensure that the company’s recruitment process is effective, efficient and meets any legal requirements.
The Human Resources Analyst identifies and evaluates a range of recruitment options, such as job boards, social media or industry-specific recruitment sites. They also assess candidates, perform recruitment process audits and prepare reports and job offers.
In addition to these duties, the Human Resources Analyst monitors the recruitment budget and develops a recruitment plan as well as any policies or documents. This role works closely with the management team to ensure that the required employees are found and their performance is monitored.
The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and great organizational skills. They must also be up to date with the latest technological advancements to present and apply the most current recruiting trends.
