As a Human Resources Manager in the tech industry, your role is to oversee the daily operations and administration of the human resources department. You will manage recruiting, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and development of team members, ensuring that the team is an effective and productive force. You will build lasting relationships with team members, set performance expectations and standards, and ensure that their work meets these demands.
