Facilitate multi-day leadership development programs in collaboration with other facilitators and program teams
Deliver open enrollment competency courses for associates at all levels
Provide tailored facilitation aligned to specific stakeholder needsDeliver training on a mix of topics related to leaders, competencies, team effectiveness. This includes content for new people leaders on topics such as having difficult conversations, performance and talent management, giving and receiving feedback, advanced competencies, as well as open enrollment classes and team effectiveness sessions for intact and cross-functional teams
Adjust delivery seamlessly based on learner engagement, ensuring a balance between interactive and instructional techniques
Incorporate multi-modal techniques (e.g., shared digital spaces, virtual and in-person) that create an engaging and balanced learning experience for all

Set clear, concise objectives that are easily understood by all learners and adjust them seamlessly based on learner needs

Regularly check for understanding throughout the session and adjust the flow to keep learners aligned with the objectives
Proactively share recommendations and collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and emerging needs, grounded in data insights

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
4 years of facilitation experience
Ability and willingness to travel domestically, ~30% of the time
At least 2 years experience leading teams with 2 or more direct reports

Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of experience in learning and development field
2+ years of experience in leadership development or coaching
Certification in CliftonStrengths, MBTI, SDI (Core Strengths), DiSC, or other team or personality assessments
Experience in the financial services industry
Experience with acting, improv, or public speaking

1. Effectively deliver exceptional blended learning experiences using a variety of instructional delivery methods incorporating adult learning principles and theories.
