The facilitator role requires someone who is an experienced and driven problem solver capable of working in high-pressure and complex environments. As a facilitator, your primary responsibility is to connect technology teams with other members of the organization, both internally and externally. You will bridge the gap between traditional, often outdated E-commerce practices and modern tech industry solutions.
Your primary duties include developing plans, strategies, and solutions to help organizations leverage the most up-to-date technology trends. You will communicate and build relationships with technical staff, stakeholders and teams to ensure that the best technology solutions are implemented for all projects. You will also be required to identify and understand the complex needs of technical stakeholders in order to better facilitate discussions and understanding between departments.
You need to have an in-depth understanding of the technology landscape and be able to quickly analyse and develop efficient solutions. In addition, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with the ability to influence through collaboration and effective decision-making. Lastly, you need to have good problem-solving skills to help resolve problems and conflicts between departments.
