The Opportunity:
We, at Flywire, are seeking an Administrative Business Partner who will work with multiple executives! In this role you will work with your executives to optimize their performance and maximize efficiency through calculated and purposeful planning. You will also be an ambassador for our culture both internally and externally, interacting with FlyMates and partners across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, impeccable project management skills, and keen attention to detail.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $82,000 - $120,000 plus restricted stock units and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training. 10+ years of product management experience, with significant focus on payments, fintech, platforms, or marketplace ecosystems.
Proven track record in building and scaling B2B or platform products, with deep expertise in SDKs, APIs, and developer experience.
Demonstrated experience building and launching embedded payments and financial services solutions within platform or SaaS environments
Strong platform thinking: ability to design solutions that serve both business and technical stakeholders, including developers, compliance, and operations.
Demonstrated experience managing the partner lifecycle: onboarding, enablement, engagement, performance tracking, and renewal/termination.
Be a customerchampion: comfortableengaging with strategic partners, building deep, trusted relationships, and advocating for their needs throughout the product lifecycle.
Exceptional analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to product strategy and success measurement.
Outstanding cross-functional leadership and communication skills; able to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
