The ideal candidate must be a true problem solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to handle sensitive employee issues with the utmost discretion. They must also have a good understanding of relevant employment relations law and be able to provide advice and guidance to managers and leaders on matters related to employee relations. We also expect the successful candidate to help build, implement and maintain workplace systems that ensure a safe and equitable working environment for all.
