As an Employee Relations Specialist for Expoint, the tech industry’s leading job searching platform, you’re no ordinary hire. You take on the challenge of being both a problem-solver and an advocate for employees and their rights.
Your primary responsibility is to manage and build relationships with Expoint’s employees and ensure a safe and rewarding work environment. This includes providing support and advice to employees during their time at Expoint, handling grievances, helping to establish guidelines, and carrying out investigations. Customer service is paramount at Expoint, and as the Employee Relations Specialist you must cultivate an environment of respect and fairness in order to encourage a productive and rewarding work experience.
