The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, management and execution of various projects, ensuring timely and quality outcomes. The role will involve working in collaboration with the technical and business teams, and other key stakeholders, to identify and assess project risks, manage schedules and resources and track progress against project deliverables and timelines.
The Digital Project Manager must have an understanding of software engineering principles, such as software architectures and technologies, as well as an understanding of the various business processes that apply in a technical environment. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent project management experience and an ability to influence stakeholders are essential.
In this role, the successful candidate should be detail-oriented, able to multitask and comfortable with problem-solving. A deep understanding of software development, from requirements capture to delivery is essential. The successful individual will also have strong knowledge of project planning tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira and task management such as Kanban or Scrum.
