We’re looking for a Customer Support Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and ensure customer inquiries, issues and requests are addressed quickly, efficiently, and professionally.
As the Customer Support Manager, you’ll manage a team of customer support agents and provide direct customer service and resolutions. You’ll work on the response process and evaluate systems and processes to discover areas of improvement, as well as identify trends in customer inquiries, issues and requests. Additionally, you’ll mentor and coach customer support agents to help hone their skillset and improve their customer service and problem-solving abilities.
You’ll need excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and customer service knowledge to effectively perform your duties. You should be organized and be able to manage large volumes of customer requests. Knowledge of customer service processes and customer relationship management software is also an asset.
