As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our organization, providing technical and customer service support. You will be the first point of contact customers have when they require assistance with our products or services. Not only will you be expected to provide excellent customer service and technical support when inquiries arise, but also build relationships with customers to ensure their loyalty to our tech company.
You will be responsible for resolving customer queries in a prompt and professional manner and using problem-solving skills to do so efficiently.
