You will be the first point of contact customers have when they require assistance with our products or services. Not only will you be expected to provide excellent customer service and technical support when inquiries arise, but also build relationships with customers to ensure their loyalty to our tech company. You should also possess basic computer and technical knowledge and be able to handle customer emails and web chats.
