The customer service agent role is becoming increasingly integral in the tech industry. At Expoint, customer service agents are the bridge between customers and tech businesses. As a customer service agent, you will be responsible for keeping customer relationships strong and ensuring customer satisfaction. Customer service agents must demonstrate exceptional communication skills and an ability to handle difficult customer requests.
