A CRM Developer for Expoint is a key technical role that requires an in-depth understanding of customer relationship management systems development. The CRM Developer ensures that operational goals are being met by effectively solving customer-relationship challenges, developing solutions, and implementing plans to increase customer satisfaction. The CRM Developer will employ software development skills to design, develop, customize, and deliver customer relationship management (CRM) applications, processes, and solutions. The successful candidate will develop reports, dashboards, and other features to improve customer experience for a dynamic, growing organization. This position requires excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and user experience, knowledge of databases, the ability to interpret and document system requirements, and an aptitude for handling complex technical problems. The ideal candidate is comfortable logging into 3rd-party application and software solutions using APIs, possesses excellent technical software troubleshooting skills, knows how to optimize manual processes, and can effectively manage multiple tasks.
