Being the face of the company, you need to know how to interact with people of all backgrounds. In addition to managing the reception area, activities can range from sorting mail, greeting guests, answering phones and assisting with general queries. As the face of the company, you will be expected to handle customer relationships efficiently and effectively, taking pride in providing solutions to customers' inquiries.
