En nuestra línea de Servicios Corporativos, se encuentra el equipo de Control de Gestión/ FP&A. Este departamento, perteneciente al área de finanzas de la firma, presta soporte a la Líneas de Servicio de la firma.
Con el motivo de ampliar el equipo, queremos incorporar un Controller que nos ayude en las siguientes funciones:
T us funciones principales
- Control y seguimiento presupuestario de la línea de negocio.
- Soporte para la generación del Plan anual/ Forecast.
- Reporte y análisis del inventario (mejora y anticipación de posibles riesgos).
- Elaboración de informes ad-hoc para la toma de decisiones.
Requisitos:
- Graduado ADE
- Aportar de 2 - 4 años experiencia
- Nivel de ofimática elevado, especialmente en Excel
- Inglés Medio-Alto

Senior Director, Gaming Peripherals

What you’ll achieve
As a seasoned and entrepreneurial product group leader, you will lead Dell Technologies Global Gaming Peripheral product group, covering products such as headsets, keyboards, mice and other peripherals.
You Will:
Be experienced with proven track record of success bringing great gaming accessories to market and based in or willing to move to Singapore
Create winning category roadmaps and analyze global market trends, competitive moves, and gamer insights to develop a clear strategy
Establish growth priorities across segments, channels and regions.
Build partnerships with gaming communities, influencers and esports ecosystem
Lead global GTM planning including product positioning, launch execution and promotion
Closely collaborate with supply chain, finance, quality, industry design teams to deliver success
Provide technical expertise and vision for new product development and existing product improvements
Develop and execute the technical strategy and roadmap for gaming products, aligning with business goals

Key Responsibilities:

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The purpose of the Sr. Manager Controller role is to provide financial planning, analysis and forecasting of overall
corporate overheads, with special focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM), to guarantee quality of information and transparency across organization, fostering a results-oriented and data-driven culture.
The objective of the role is to identify opportunities through the analysis of various KPIs and different sets of tools/reports/dashboards to ultimately increase efficiency of corporate overheads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and execution of annual budget process and periodical forecasting process of corporate overheads giving guidance, clear assumptions and methodology to the local stakeholders to provide a comprehensive overheads plan within timelines and standards.
- Drive OOH controlling and generate monthly business review with detailed explanation and evolution - deep understanding of areas actual numbers, development and KPIs evolution to provide insights and transparency to the FP&A Director, cost center owners and LAM office.
- Generate recommendations and provide options to business partners on respective level for strategic invest /divest approach. Constantly challenge and drive growth and profitability to promote constant focus on efficiency, cost savings and business opportunities.
- Lead the operating rhythm for financial KPIs for corporate overheads, including the direct controlling of SCM overheads.
- Continuously monitor the performance of Supply Chain KPIs against targets - identify deviations (gap analysis) and work with stakeholders to drive improvement, ensuring targets are met.Challenge status quo, think differently, and push boundaries.
