Clinical Director jobs

As the Clinical Director at Expoint, you will play a key part in directing and overseeing the activities of a team of healthcare technology professionals. You will be working to ensure effective and efficient operations of the healthcare technology in order to improve patient outcomes and organizational effectiveness. With excellent leadership skills, you will be responsible for creating strategies, developing policy and procedures, executing program initiatives, and evaluating outcomes in alignment with the organization's guiding principles. The Clinical Director role requires someone who is actively engaged in the day-to-day operations of the healthcare technology while providing expert advice on related clinical matters. You must have a deep understanding of current healthcare IT systems and a commitment to developing innovative solutions to patient care issues. You will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and will have responsibility for the overall planning, organization, and execution of the healthcare technology team. You will provide administrative oversight and guidance of the healthcare technology department in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures. Along with your team, you will be expected to be responsible for the development of short- and long-term goals for the clinician staff, guidelines for safety and quality in the workplace, and implementation of best practices. You must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in healthcare information technology or a related field, as well as several years of experience in clinical information management and supervisory experience in healthcare administration. If you have a proven record of successful health IT implementations and possess strong communication skills - both written and verbal - you could make a great candidate for this role.
