As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for the overall customer satisfaction of our clients and ensure that our customers have the best experience possible when using Expoint. You will be responsible for building relationships with our clients and aiding in the development of solutions to their problems. You will work with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for customer retention and satisfaction. You will also monitor feedback and survey requests to ensure that customers are satisfied with their different interactions with Expoint.
You will also work to build a customer success team to manage all aspects of customer accounts, including onboarding, technical support, and account management. You will develop and execute plans to ensure customer retention and satisfaction and address customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for tracking customer data and trends, as well as providing reports on customer success performance and customer loyalty metrics.
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic professional who is eager to learn and grow with our team. A strong candidate will be someone with prior customer service experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, sensitivity to customer need, and a knack for problem solving. We seek an individual with a deep understanding of the many aspects of customer engagement and an unrelenting dedication to customer satisfaction.
