In this role, you’ll need to act as the primary point of contact for our clients. You’ll find yourself gathering information related to customer queries, billing issues, account changes, and more. You may be required to provide online and phone support whenever necessary.
Additionally, you’ll be addressing customer complaints and acting as a liaison between the customer and technical teams. You’ll need to be comfortable working with different teams to resolve customer queries and complaints.
