The Center Manager is a dynamic, influential and well-rounded professional leader in the tech industry. This key position is responsible for providing operational and administrative oversight, as well as customer engagement and outreach support. It is essential to strategically plan and coordinate activities, services and programs to achieve the overall goals of the centers. The Center Manager must be detail-oriented and resourceful, with excellent managerial and organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. They must have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage the relationships between service partners and the center. The Manager is expected to oversee the onboarding process of new staff, develop customer engagement plans, ensure consistent customer service and operational excellence. They must ensure operational compliance with relevant legal and other requirements, as well as assist in troubleshooting operations. They must remain abreast of industry trends and service changes, and provide technical support to partners and customers. The position also requires the Manager to develop, implement and monitor the center budget, set targets and monitor all financial operations. They must review, implement and monitor performance and customer satisfaction metrics, develop relationships with local, regional and global businesses, and keep up to date with best practices in team management, customer service, and center operations.
