At Expoint, we are looking for tech-savvy and knowledgeable Campus Recruiters to join our team. As a Campus Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to identify and develop relationships with college students and universities to bring fresh talent into the tech sector.
You must have strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills to ensure you attract and recruit the best talent possible. You'll also need to be creative in developing recruitment pitches and initiatives that can be used to reach and attract college students.
As a Campus Recruiter, you'll need to be well-versed in the company's roles and job descriptions, as well as trends in the tech industry. Additionally, you'll be interacting with a wide range of people and need to demonstrate cultural sensitivity and effectiveness when dealing with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
Your main focus will be on finding the strongest candidates by sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding individuals who fit Expoint’s stringent qualifications for entry-level roles. Being able to assess talent, accurately assess a candidate’s suitability for the role, and collaborate with managers on hiring decisions are essential requirements too.
