The Expoint Call Center Specialist role is an incredibly important position within the tech industry. This specialist will be responsible for assisting customers with product-related queries and providing solutions for tech related issues. This could be anything from troubleshooting a computer issue, to helping a customer set up a new device.
Call Center Specialists are always the first point of contact for customers, acting as voice or electronic 'front doorstep' for our company. The specialist must be able to respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries, accurately inform customers of their options, and be willing to provide solutions that exceed the customer’s expectations. They must be able to quickly assess the nature of the customer’s issue, build a rapport and develop positive customer relationships, making sure their service experience is seamless and positive.
