The business development manager role at Expoint is an important one for any tech-savvy professional looking to take the next step in their career! As a business development manager, you will be responsible for helping to define and drive Expoint’s strategic initiatives to gain new customers, expand into new markets, and increase revenue. You will be the main point of contact for customers and must ensure that their expectations are met and satisfied in a timely manner. Your day-to-day responsibilities would involve creating business development strategies, working with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders, and creating plans to engage customers and drive customer growth. This role also involves collaborating with marketing and sales to develop engaging messages and promotions, as well as utilizing analytical skills to identify potential customers and market opportunities. You should have excellent communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills (especially in the tech industry) as you will be liaising with many different people and organizations. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, be able to work independently and with minimal guidance, and have an understanding of the competitive landscape of the tech industry. You must also be comfortable interacting with a wide range of stakeholders, from customers to developers.
