Billing Specialist jobs

A Billing Specialist is the backbone of an efficient, effective and successful business. Expoint is looking for a motivated, well-organized billing specialist to join our team and help process billing transactions quickly and accurately. Responsibilities of the Billing Specialist include but are not limited to; tracking and resolving billing issues, creating and reconciling invoices and statements, collecting payments, processing online payments and updating customer accounts and records. This role also requires knowledge of multi-state taxes and regulations, as well as working with internal departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness of billing. To excel in this role, you must have strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, and be detail-oriented. You must be comfortable working with numbers and be able to interpret data quickly. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices is essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
