At Expoint, we are looking for an organized individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Benefits Coordinator, you will be responsible for helping employers and their staff manage the full range of benefit offerings.
This is more than just a paper-pushing job. Instead, you will be helping employers understand the complexities of theirbenefit offerings and providing advice based on the options available. As part of your role, you will also facilitate employee enrollment into benefits and ensure those enrolled receive suitable coverage.
You will bring a wealth of knowledge on the latest industry trends and ensure employers are up-to-date on their compliance with local, state, and federal laws. You may be called upon to help employers negotiate more favorable group rates with insurance carriers, too.
To succeed as a Benefits Coordinator, you must have strong analytical, technical, communication, and problem-solving skills. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively, have excellent attention to detail, and be comfortable with technology.
