Your key responsibilities

As a Seasonal Senior Manager, you'll provide clients with tax guidance and consulting related to tax accounting and planning (internal restructurings, acquisitions, dispositions, carve-out financial statements, GAAP conversions from US GAAP to IFRS or IFRS to US GAAP, share based compensation, financial statement restatements and balance sheet remediation of tax accounts). You'll also assist companies with all aspects of their preparation of the tax provision. In addition, you'll also have the opportunity review of the tax provision process to improve efficiency and accuracy and enhance the control environment and assessing tax risk and control environments inclusive of and beyond the boundaries of Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $86,500 to $142,700. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $103,700 to $162,100. Responsibilities:

  • Measures, analyzes, monitors, and reports on the bank's spot and forecasted liquidity position, provides guidance to business units to improve liquidity position, and supports regulatory and management liquidity reporting.
  • Oversees processes, risks, and controls and tracks and monitors issues to ensure adherence with policies, risk standards, and compliance with internal and regulatory liquidity reporting requirements.
  • Partners with other Lines of Business (LOBs) to determine limits, guidelines, and direction, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and the bank's risk framework.
  • Monitors liquidity risk trends relating to business activities and correlations between business drivers and liquidity usage and builds out enhanced liquidity reporting.
  • Streamlines reporting processes and builds out analytic capabilities using emerging technology (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, etc.)
  • Provides input into monthly and quarterly reporting, disclosures, and presentations for Risk Committees, Board of Directors, and enterprise and local regulators.

Wealth Management Fraud & Claims associates will handle inbound calls from clients, branch offices, banking centers, and various internal associates. They will also be responsible for the claim initiation and status updates of various fraud and billing disputes, on our clients’ bank accounts. Associates will handle a wide variety of claim types including but not limited to: credit card, debit card, ATM, check fraud, ACH, and online wire transfers for wealth banking products.

Responsibilities:

  • Services banking products with high-risk activity to maximize approval of legitimate transactions, minimize client impact at the point of sale, identify fraudulent activity and restrict account activity
  • Assists Fraud Strategy partners with development of new tactics by facilitating controlled tests and simulations within the production environment
  • Tests existing customer facing capabilities (credit, debit, transactions, deposit activity, and online activities) for unknown vulnerabilities resulting in potential fraudulent exploitation and unplanned loss
  • Participates in triage related to Executive Escalations & Incident Response fraud activities
  • Reviews and investigates reports of suspected fraudulent activity with accurate recording of data captured during client interactions
  • Follows established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations
  • Assist clients and internal partners with banking claim and suspicious alert inquiries, initiation and updates

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of fraud servicing or call center experience.
