As an Account Administrator on Expoint, you will be the vital link between our clients and our extensive network of developers, designers, and other professionals. Your expertise, management skills, and problem-solving abilities will help to ensure our clients consistently receive top-notch service. You will be responsible for handling diverse responsibilities related to organizing, managing, and maintaining client accounts. This includes analyzing customer requirements and creating account-specific profiles for our talented team members. Additionally, you will review customer data to ensure accuracy. In addition to managing clients, you will work closely with the project management team to provide technical and administrative support. This includes participating in meetings, developing and implementing plans to organize workloads, and creating guidelines for team members to follow. You must be a master of multitasking, great at problem-solving and dealing with confidential customer data. Outstanding communication, organizational, and customer service skills are a must. A technical background and relevant work experience are highly advantageous. At Expoint, we are passionate about creating meaningful and impactful tech-based solutions for our customers. With strong problem-solving and people management skills, you will be a key player in making this happen.
