The Expoint Call Center Specialist role is an incredibly important position within the tech industry. This specialist will be responsible for assisting customers with product-related queries and providing solutions for tech related issues. This could be anything from troubleshooting a computer issue, to helping a customer set up a new device.
Call Center Specialists are always the first point of contact for customers, acting as voice or electronic 'front doorstep' for our company.
