ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Build rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with regional team members and key external contacts (ie, HCP and entire office staff) at all levels, demonstrating the awareness of their needs and responding with the appropriate action
• Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing of products to current and potential customers
• Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to appropriately promote product and provide product and patient education
• Strategically manage and grow relationships with key accounts by tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs, leveraging industry insights to drive product differentiation and achieve sales targets
• Regularly review and analyze all provided sales data in order to create effective territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds
• Maintain a competitive edge by effectively addressing external market challenges while fostering a collaborative environment with internal teams to drive cohesive and successful sales strategies
• Open to working with cross-functional teams to integrate diverse expertise and insights and achieve shared objectives
• Maintain a call average as outlined in the sales plan, defined as face-to-face interactions, with healthcare providers focusing on top target customers
• Take calculated risks and apply a range of traditional and nontraditional problem-solving techniques to solve issues creatively in order to improve performance in geographical assignment
• Adhere to all Teva’s compliance policies and guidelines
• Achieve all sales performance goals, reach objectives, and complete all administrative duties for geographical assignment


Your experience and qualifications

Any equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.


• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in related field
• At least 1 year of full-time, documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience strongly preferred


• Proven record of accomplishments in this specific market toward meeting established objectives
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy, open communication, inclusivity, and openness to feedback
• Well-developed written and oral communication skills
• Ability to interact with HCPs in both face-to-face and virtual environments, and be proficient with technology
• Knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, or marketing preferred
• New product launch experience preferred
• Broad therapeutic area experience particularly in therapeutic area preferred
• Candidate must be able to successfully pass background, motor, and drug screening
• Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record required

Full time documented business to business sales experience dependent on level as listed below. Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred. Level of the role will be commensurate to years of experience and performance criteria.
• Sales Specialist: Minimum 1 year
• Executive Sales Specialist: Minimum 7 years


Regular travel, which may include air travel and weekend or overnight travel

Compensation Data

The annual starting salary for this position is between $88,000 – $170,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

  • Assess, analyze, and design complex and multi-faceted controls, protocols, and approaches with respect to risk mitigation and the control environment, including ensuring effective planning for sustainability, ongoing control adherence, reporting, measurement, technology impacts, and monitoring
  • Make decisions in complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business’s functional area or products, operations, and regulatory environment; facilitate decision-making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans; influence and lead key business partners to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid to senior-level managers to identify current and emerging risks associated with business activities and operations, and provide guidance in interpreting, developing, and implementing risk-mitigating strategies
  • Act as liaison for the business with external parties to support timeliness, appropriate response strategy, and effectiveness of communications and materials

Desired Qualifications:

Commercial Banking Flood Operations is seeking a Commercial Loan Closing Specialistas part of the Commercial Banking Operations Division. The Commercial Loan Closing Specialist will need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, understands FDPA (Flood Disaster Protection Act) regulation, adheres to policy and procedures requirements while putting the customer first.

In this role, you will:

  • Work life of loan flood monitoring events for moderately complex to complex commercial loans.
  • Coordinate all aspects of post close flood monitoring details.
  • Perform customer, loan and regulatory diligence.
  • Accurately evaluate and upload data into the systems of record.
  • Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Review complex loan documents.
  • Coordinate with manager and business partners for more complex items when required.
  • Work collaboratively with Credit and Sales regarding proper procedures and documentation requirements necessary to ensure accuracy with regulatory and enterprise policy requirements in relation to the Flood Disaster Protection Act.
  • Review complex legal documentation, evaluate risks, and identifying procedural modifications.
  • Provide guidance and training to peers.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
  • Interact with internal customers.
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualification:

  • 2+ years of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Understanding of FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) Guidelines, NFIP (National Flood Insurance Program), FDPA (Flood Disaster Protection Act) Requirements and/or Flood regulations.
  • Experience working in CCM (Credit Bridge Collateral Management)
  • Experience in partnering with multiple business lines.
  • Experience in managing complex pipelines.
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.
