As a Risk Manager of the Payments Talent and Education Team, you play a key role in driving strong business outcomes by leading critical and strategic initiatives within our team, helping develop associates in new ways and close skill gaps across the enterprise. In this exciting role you will work closely with key stakeholders to deliver a scalable payments training infrastructure that supports both the immediate and future needs of associates in payments related roles. General Responsibilities
Drive projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and/or escalate as needed
Anticipates trends, skill gaps and regulatory requirements, and designs learning programs to meet them proactively
Leverage problem solving skills to ensure risk areas and closure of skill gaps deliver on intent and maintain key documentation
Partner with payments leads to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive designing and delivering targeted training
Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
Identify ways to improve and streamline business process
Exhibit a proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs that drive skill development and improve performance

At least 3 years of Coaching, Mentoring or People Leadership experience
At least 2 years of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 4 years experience working in payments
At least 3 years of risk management experience
At least 2 years of process management experience
At least 2 years of project management experience

As a Talent Acquisition Controls Compliance expert in the Capital One Talent Acquisition Organization, you will apply your risk management and internal Talent Acquisition controls skills to support the organization. Responsibilities:
