Principal Associate, Credit Card Product Marketing

Capital One, a Fortune Magazine “100 Best Companies to Work For,” is seeking an innovative Principal Associate to drive product marketing strategy for card products designed for those with fair credit. This individual will curate acquisitions experiences that meet the needs of the everyday consumer looking to access credit and earn rewards. This role will be responsible for translating audience insights into marketing optimizations, designing learning agendas and collaborating with partners to launch new tactics. The marketer will be a member of the Mainstreet Product Marketing team which is responsible for managing the product positioning for credit cards, developing an acquisition journey to help customers find the right product for their lifestyle.   • Craft marketing strategy for credit card acquisitions, from building consideration through conversion

  • At least 2 years of experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment with a track record of effectively working autonomously and navigating ambiguity

  • At least 1 year of experience working with marketing tech platforms, including data management platforms or customer relationship management systems
