Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new internal and external users in ICE’s environment
• Support and advance the global corporate computing environment
• Support hardware, software, and network needs for Windows, Mac, and virtual environments
• Manage tickets and incidents in ServiceNow including issue resolution, escalation, and documentation management
• Deploy hardware and software including desktop and laptop imaging software and VoIP
• Provision Active Directory, Azure, Intune, and Exchange Online including device authentication and maintaining users, groups, and distribution lists
• Manage hardware inventory, mobile device support, purchasing, and file/print/DHCP
• Troubleshoot and support conference room AV and video conferencing systems (Zoom, Teams, Webex, etc.)
• Support broker and trading floor technology (New York based EUC analysts only)

Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, CIS, or related field
• Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift 50+ pounds
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure, Intune, Exchange Online, and Windows desktop/server troubleshooting
• Experience with networking technology such as Cisco and Juniper
• Experience with Windows OS, Mac OS, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of scripting and PowerShell preferred

Preferred

• Experience in an exchange, trading facility, or financial services environment
• Strong multitasking, time prioritization, collaborative and communication skills

Job Purpose

The QA Analyst role covers testing functionality of the new system and any dependencies it may have with existing systems currently in use. Testing is not constrained to documented requirements and is based on experience of the classic systems and its settings.

We are looking for a hardworking, detail oriented, and confident person todevelop realistic user test cases and data based on the latest mortgage industry trends.In this role you willcreate and perform manual tests to verify integrity of the code base.You will be expected to work with Product, BAs, and Development.

Responsibilities

• Author and maintain test cases and test scripts that ensure quality of ICE Mortage Technology products, specifically the Simplifile components
• Test Simplifile functionality across a wide variety of browsers using manual testing techniques
• Responsible for documenting detailed system defects and presenting them in project triage
• Work in a flexible agile development environment with rapid release cycles
• Be a vocal proponent of quality in every phase of development

Knowledge and Experience

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently, without close supervision
• Familiarity with web applications and the ability to learn how to test them via manual methods
• Aptitude in Agile/Scrum methodologies as well as QA methodologies and best practices
• Competency with integration testing, functional, and regression testing
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Requires general knowledge of a relevant discipline through specialized education or experience

This role offers work from home flexibility of one day per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance complex data driven automated tests and framework to support code drops in various environments for development, test and build deployment teams
• Execute, update, and maintain existing test automation frameworks, solutions, and test scripts
• Plan, design and build new automation to support new builds and releases
• Produce clear and meaningful automated reports to document test results for each execution
• Collaborate with Development and Automation Lead and other team members to continuously refactor and improve automation framework for reusability, stability, and speed
• Work closely with Developers, QA, and other project team members to analyze test results, locate problems, identify root causes, and develop solutions
• Document clear and detailed defect reports including steps to reproduce actual and expected results
• Proactively work with Product Owner and Business Analysts to build use cases and test scenarios for testing and automation
• Proactively work with Development team, Product Owner, and Business Analysts to triage defects, and follow up for resolution.
• Coordinate with other global team members on features and issues for continuous delivery

Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelors or master's in computer science or similar experience
• 5-6 Years of working as dedicated QA Functional Engineer focused on Restful API (Application Programming Interface) testing and Microservices
• 4+ years of experience with functional and automation testing on UI (User Interface) applications using Selenium
• 4+ Years of Test Development experience with Java, TestNG and Maven
• 2+ Years of experience working with GitHub and Jenkins in a CI/CD environment
• Must have experience working with JIRA for Agile Development, Defect Management and Test Case Management
• Must have experience with Logging tools such as Splunk, Kibana, etc.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of using TestNG, Maven and Jenkins
• In-depth experience with agile testing methodology
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skills to address complex technical problems
• Team player with strong communications skills, excellent organizational and planning skills, and ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and manual testing
• Mortgage lending experience and demonstrated knowledge within the mortgage industry experience is a plus
