US – Tax – Indirect Tax Technology and Transformation – Senior Manager - Tax Platform Engineer
As a senior manager you'll continuously enhance your proficiencies in the design, promotion and delivery of major technology tools, including application development, data acquisition and transformation, and data analytics and visualization/reporting. You'll work side-by-side with tax-technical subject matter professionals (SMPs) to develop and deploy data and technology solutions that will enable our tax-technical SMPs to efficiently and effectively deliver quality tax consulting, with timely and responsive services and work products that meet and/or exceed client expectations.
Your key responsibilities
We'll look to you to challenge the effectiveness of the tax technology strategy and approach for all engagements while developing strong relationships across a network of existing and future clients and key stakeholders. You'll identify opportunities for the use of technology to accelerate and enhance delivery of indirect tax services and actively participate as member of pursuit teams and service delivery teams supporting various client projects including working with executive-level stakeholders, developing transformative solutions, and fostering deep client relationships. You will contribute toward developing a technically diverse and talented team, all while handing activities that focus on quality and commercial value.

Your role:
Executes accounting and credit risk processes, including period-end closings and internal controls, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Also, tracks performance, identifies process improvement opportunities, and supports lean initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and master data quality.
Reviews account balances and reconciliations to validate financial positions and credit exposures, applying corrective actions and recommending policy updates. Evaluates customer creditworthiness using scoring methodologies and financial analysis, assigns credit limits and risk categories, and manages instruments such as credit insurance, letters of credit, and guarantees to mitigate risk.
Analyzes financial and credit data to identify trends, discrepancies, and risk indicators; prepares clear, actionable reports and presentations for management and credit risk committees. Collaborates across teams and with external stakeholders, facilitates release of blocked orders, and drives improvements in communication, compliance, and customer engagement.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 2+ years’ experience as a credit risk analyst for business-to-business
Your skills include expertise in continuous improvement, due diligence, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A), with strong capabilities in accounting, risk assessments, and cash flow management, supported by proficiency in data analysis, and reporting. Strong excel skills (i.e., v-lookup, x-lookup, etc.), is a must.
You have a Bachelor's Degree (preferred) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration OR Vocational Education or equivalent.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
You’re a strong communicator (persuasive and assertive), proactive in problem solving and coordinating competing priorities. Your financial acumen is complemented by your ability to interpret and analyze complex data, ensure compliance, and drive decision-making.

Sales Analyst, Commissions (Office: Nashville, TN)
In this role for Sales Analyst, Commissions you'll design and manage key processes and tools for sales planning, commissions, and performance reporting across multiple sales organizations. You'll also work to optimize existing processes, where needed, to improve the quality and timeliness of commission execution, making you a vital part of the Sales Planning & Compensation team.
Your role:
Ensure accurate and compliant compensation payments by understanding plans.
Collaborate with sales management and other teams to verify sales data.
Handle monthly and quarterly sales compensation reconciliations using Excel and tools.
Resolve compensation disputes and manage issue escalations with stakeholders.
Support compensation audit deliverables and Sarbanes-Oxley testing.
Maintain and improve the compensation process and systems, including testing new plan implementations.

Bachelors’ degree (business related degree preferred).
3+ years of Sales Analytics experience with the ability to perform complex analysis.
Advanced user of Excel (v-lookups, pivots, etc.) with well-developed data analysis skills.
