What You’ll Do: (
Liaise with Creative/A&R, record labels, performing rights organizations, international affiliates, and Global Copyright staff to obtain and confirm song deliveries, split amendments, and resolve disputes
Administration of label copy and copyright correspondence with record labels, performing rights societies, internal departments, and other income sources to facilitate licensing and income collection
Provide research and administrative support on day-to-day song and deal maintenance, including counterclaim research, Letter(s) of Direction, inquiries from income sources, internal departments, and international affiliates
Issue writer/publisher credits and copyright notices for approved uses
Monthly, quarterly, yearly participation in deadline driven HFA/Billboard, Society Awards, and Grammy Awards projects
Register songs with the U.S. Copyright Office
Index song deliveries, contracts, and other correspondence for imaging
Update and maintain Copyright Administration Department spreadsheets and databases
Assist manager, team, and department with special projects
General office tasks: answering/returning phone calls, detailed data-entry, organizing, filing
Who You Are: (
2 to 3 years of music publishing administration experience preferably with a copyright focus
Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, analysis
Awareness of confidential and privileged information
Ability to manage and prioritize a large volume of tasks under pressure of multiple deadlines
Ability to evaluate, plan, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, and output.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude and demeanor with multiple personality types in a deadline-driven,client/customer-serviceenvironment
Motivated to learn, develop, and retain new skills
Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment as well as work independently
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical and research abilities.
Competency with standard office software, such as Excel and Outlook, or the equivalent

Responsibilities of this high-visibility role will also involve a deep understanding of the faith market and their unique AV/media production needs; demonstrated ability to foster strategic relationships and influence C-level or senior ministry leadership while working in close partnership with territory account managers, faith-focused resellers and system integrators to ensure seamless national account coverage.
Other duties of the National Account Manager include: developing and executing a strategic sales and marketing/events plan aligned to annual goals and within budget. Consult ministers and provide technical expertise, product information, and conduct product demonstrations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business management, communications or marketing is required, or equivalent.
Must have 5 to 7 years of related sales experience.
Demonstrated experience and success managing with key decision makers including senior ministry personnel
A strong blend of sales acumen, technical ability, and ministry understanding and be able to speak the technical language of media teams, pastors, and volunteers
Outstanding persuasion, negotiation, written communication and verbal communication skills required
Excellent business planning, project management, forecasting and presentation skills.
Must be able to travel 60% of the time.
Must have high-level skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $84,420to $The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

What You’ll Do:
Coordinate with responsible parties to obtain confirmed share(s) for split deliveries and amendments. Responsible parties include, but are not limited to, internal SMP teams (A&R, Creative Admin, Licensing, Income Tracking, Royalties, and Global SMP Affiliates) and external business partners (performing rights organizations (PROs), collective management organizations (CMOs), record labels, and other income sources).
Research and respond to copyright correspondence to facilitate accurate income source registrations, licensing, income collection, and royaltydistribution.
Provide organizational and research support to assist with songwriter split disputes and administrative counterclaims.
Organize and package split deliveries and amendments for system setup by Global Copyright staff for worldwide registrations.
Create, process, and archive U.S. Copyright Office PA registrations.
Provide research support to compile Letters of Direction (LODs) and supporting documentation.
Assist with intern mentorship.
Support special projects and growth initiatives to meet evolving business requirements.
Who You Are:
Prior internships and/or other music publishing administration experience is helpful.
Willingness to learn the details of copyright administration activities all genres.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume, customer service-oriented team.
Capacity to keep track of the status of multiple priorities and on-going projects.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations, directions, and deadlines.
