Help us keep operations running smoothly by managing inventory levels, supplier orders, and procurement processes to ensure timely delivery and efficient material flow.

Your role:

  • Support material planning and purchasing activities by generating purchase orders, monitoring supplier delivery schedules, and ensuring accurate, timely fulfillment of requirements.

  • Calculate and adjust order quantities and timings based on demand, inventory levels, and lead times to minimize stockouts and avoid excess inventory.

  • Consolidate orders, optimize procurement efficiency, and maintain adherence to inventory management protocols.

  • Address discrepancies between purchase orders and received goods, ensuring accurate reconciliation and smooth procurement processes.

  • Partner with suppliers to resolve delivery disruptions or complaints, support expedited orders, and ensure continuous supply chain flow.

  • Shift: 6:30 am to 2:30 pm (M-F)

The Sr. Associate – Technical Sales is primarily responsible for the identification and qualification of new opportunities and leads to support the launch of Integrated Systems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the Integrated Systems Platform sales, engaging with both customers and internal teams to drive strategic growth initiatives.
  • Acquire and manage new business through prospecting conversion of leads with a focus on our Integrated Systems portfolio.
  • Develop strategies to forge new relationships with prospective customers by uncovering opportunities through strong listening and interviewing skills, understanding their drug pipeline, and offering tailored solutions that align with their needs.
  • Provide support for effective customer follow-up from webinars and other West events, and engage with customers through the leads process, collaborating with Marketing on product campaigns tailored to our customer portfolio.
  • Perform data analytics for customer or platform portfolios to drive enhancements to product and service models in support of new accounts and how they will be appropriately serviced.
  • Understand market trends including relevant competitors, technology and regulatory issues to keep customer informed
  • Utilize all service platforms, manage customers, training of the customers, and optimizing the use of support systems as well as working with other departments to improve the overall service model to these new account

Bachelor’s degree in Bioscience, Biochemical. Chemistry, Engineering, Pharmaceutical or equivalent experience. MBA preferred

Work Experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant B2B technical sales experience in industries that require a high degree of technical knowledge and regulatory requirements

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Knowledge or experience with ERP tools like SAP with Sales and Distribution
  • Experience in prefilled syringe products and/or services.
  • Exhibit strong competency in sales process and strategic account planning by regularly achieving business results that accurately mirror or exceed forecast
  • Ability to strategically prioritize and suitably adapt and improve on strategic approach as and when necessary to focus on high value and likely to win opportunities/accounts
  • Demonstrates knowledge of market segment, trends and internal customer issues that may influence a customer's priorities, tactics, and business approaches. Remains current on competitors, new technology and regulatory issues to maintain West’s scientific leadership position in the market
  • Anticipates risks and devises contingency plans to meet them. Understands situation from many perspectives and makes decisions accordingly.
  • Resourceful and is comfortable in navigating through internal resources by collaborating cross-functionally and can utilize resources effectively.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
  • Previous experience with cold calls and/or developing strategies to connect with and onboard new customers is strongly preferred
  • Natural ability to demonstrate creativity with innovative thinking to discover and implement enhancements to existing processes

As theTechnical Services Coordinator, you will support the Technical Services Manager, focusing on the permanent elements and touring experiences that bring Netflix House to life. This coordinator blends the focus of prioritization, hustle, and a love for continuous improvement of technical systems and processes.

You will be involved with all on-site technical services needs, including preventative maintenance, daily technical support for operations, and vendor coordination. You will ensure schedules and priorities are met to best serve our Fans and Employees. This individual will need to communicate with internal and third-party partners to ensure resources are readily available to maintain the complex technical nature of the Netflix House experience.

What you will do:

  • Support the Technical Services Manager in maintaining all technical aspects of Netflix House's permanent and touring experiences, including preventative maintenance, daily handoff to operations, and ad-hoc work.

  • Coordinate with various vendors to schedule and ensure that work is completed in a timely manner.

  • Coordinate with the operations team to minimize Guest/Fan disruption when maintenance needs are identified.

  • Work closely and communicate with Netflix Creative, Attractions, and Operations teams.

  • Work with technical production teams on needed design changes and/or modifications to ensure Netflix House Technical Sustainability is upheld and current.

  • Coordinate with corporate resources to establish best practices in technical services.

  • Manage documentation and tracking for technical elements.

What we need from you:

  • Demonstrated, 5+ years of technical experience in the location-based entertainment industry, technical theme park maintenance, technical theater operations, or similar.

  • Knowledge and excitement of both permanent and touring experiences around the world.

  • Knowledge of all aspects of theatrical technical systems (lighting, AV, show control, scenic integration, SFPX, rigging)

  • Familiarity with standards and regulatory bodies such as ASTM F24, UL, and TUV.

  • Knowledge of current and future technology trends.

  • Knowledge of Autodesk software (CAD, Revit, etc.)

  • Experience in AR, VR, and emerging technologies production and integration.
