What You Will Do

  • Provide in-procedure consultation to physicians, offering insights on technique and product performance
  • Deliver engaging educational conversations and hands-on demonstrations to healthcare teams.
  • Address customer concerns with creative, solution-oriented thinking, collaborating cross-functionally when needed
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of procedural device usage and clinical data
  • Champion Boston Scientific’s Quality Policy, embedding excellence and compliance into every aspect of your work
  • Collaborate closely with the regional field sales team and Clinical Field Trainers to provide case coverage, deliver advanced clinical insights, and serve as the regional subject matter expert in urologic oncology procedures and technologies.

Required

  • Willingness to travel regionally to support clinical needs
  • Confidence and professionalism in high-stakes clinical environments (ORs, clinics)

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree or Nursing degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical or patient care setting
  • Background in direct patient care (e.g., RN, medical assistant, therapist, technician)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a commitment to excellence

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.

  • Inspect product for cosmetic flaws and/or damage prior to shipping.
  • Maintain accurate records in Oracle and eDHR including notes, scrap, rejects, hold tags, and shipping documents.
  • Communicate with production staff regarding quality issues found during inspection.
  • Train new employees on procedures and processes related to receiving, inspection, and shipping.
  • Participate in cross functional teams to address root causes identified through quality inspections.
  • Work collaboratively with Production Management to implement solutions for quality concerns.
  • Conduct periodic audits of inspection processes and provide feedback to supervisors.
  • Coordinate activities between departments such as Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Shipping, and Maintenance.
  • Review work orders and ensure proper documentation has been completed before releasing products.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required, Associates degree preferred.
  • Minimum two years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, detail oriented, self motivated, and able to multi-task effectively.

  • Experience designing or delivering structured training programs.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and implement creative solutions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills. With the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff.

  • Comfortable working on the production floor and engaging with hourly associates.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Characteristics
  • Associates degree or higher.

  • Familiarity with video creation tools and learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.

  • Lean or Six Sigma knowledge is a bonus
