As a technical training FW Program Specialist II on the Bowerman Creation University team (BCU), you will be part of a highly motivated, technically focused learning and development team. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
In your day-to-day work you will collaborate with your teammates and technical subject matter experts to support creation and facilitation of new and existing training programs and plans based on technical priorities and needs. You will play a supporting role in launching new technical training courses and experiences created by the team, including instructor-led classroom, eLearning, virtual, and immersion training. The goal is to aid our Footwear learners in acquiring knowledge, skills, and proficiencies in an effective and engaging manner that best supports organizational and business objectives.
Help prepare, deliver, and assess class learning experiences.
Support instructional exercises and activities in classes and programs.
Support developing criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training and developing plans for the required updates.
Responsible for taking action to update and improve content and experiences with oversight from team leads.
Help develop and maintain supplemental learning tools and resources as needed (checklists, one-pagers, user guides, etc.) for targeted audiences that aid in the understanding of technical subjects.
Manage and maintain project plans, related documentation, and program playbooks.
Create instructions, schedules and develop dashboards that highlight critical programming landmarks for the team and partners.
Document meeting decisions and next steps. Share the recaps with teammates and SMEs.
Track project progression through to completion with on-time and continuous communication with project sponsors, teammates, and stakeholders.
Support continuous development and execution of operational best practices.
Research, evaluate and make recommendations of digital tools and platforms that will enhance, elevate, and modernize our training content and delivery methods.
Manage inventory and supplies for classroom and program training needs.
