As a Vice President Recruiter in Asset & Wealth Management, you will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing and recruiting top talent, managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Front Office roles and providing strategic talent acquisition solutions.

You will focus on experienced hire roles across the Revenue Generating Business in Asset Management, with positions ranging from Analyst to Executive Director. In addition to working on open roles, you will engage in ongoing candidate development and presentation, as well as opportunistic candidate engagement. Your role will also encompass supporting all aspects of Talent Acquisition & Talent Management for Asset Management, including competitive intelligence, market mapping, succession planning, and confidential project work. The ability to foster strong client relationships with senior managers and candidates is essential, and your consultative, strategic thought leadership will be key to your success.
