What You’ll Do
  • Primary responsibility is to keep manufacturing lines running
  • Install, support, upgrade, replace, and remediate all IT hardware along manufacturing lines
  • Quickly respond to requests and incidents from our customers
  • Troubleshoot Hardware, Operating System and software issues
  • Troubleshoot Network issues from the client up to the switch and IDF
  • Interface with the various manufacturing groups to understand issues
  • Interpret how to solve long term needs within the framework of IT MFG and FSS standards
What You’ll Bring
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a desktop support or system admin role
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing hardware on Windows and Linux machines
  • Experience troubleshooting printings, barcode scanners, ip cameras, digital signage
  • Experience troubleshooting basic client-side network (DHCP, DNS, Static IP) problems
  • Experience working with PLC, Ignition is a plus
  • Knowledge of SQL queries and Splunk queries is a plus
  • Linux support experience a plus
  • Must be available for swing shift, weekends, and on-call support
  • Network hardware support experience a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft enterprise environments

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical concerns related to end-customer Powerwall systems
  • Modify system configurations to ensure intended operation
  • Identify process and knowledge gaps, submit feedback that leads to better training and resources
What You’ll Bring
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing technical support role
  • Active listening, critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM, ticketing and bug-tracking systems
  • Ability to document interactions and steps clearly, accurately and with detail
  • Basic networking experience with the ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues
  • Experience troubleshooting metering and communications issues involving many variables

  • Liaise with Field Teams: Act as a key point of contact for field teams to ensure timely system uptime and resolution of service issues
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments through various communication channels, including chat and phone
  • Monitor Communications: Review and manage incoming emails and messages from teams, stakeholders, and customers to address scheduling needs for both proactive and customer-initiated requests
  • Update and Communicate: Provide proactive and timely communication regarding scheduling timelines, updates, and changes to both customers and field teams
  • Utilize Tools and Dashboards: Use provided programs and dashboards to monitor and address key performance indicators (KPIs), such as outstanding and past due work, and prioritize service for residential clients
What You’ll Bring
  • Associates degree preferred. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and self-motivated approach
  • Flexible and able to adjust to changing circumstances. Capable of working through problems and solutions with minimal guidance; resourceful in tackling challenges
  • Ability to work well independently and with others in a collaborative team environment. Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
