Information Architecture within Corporate Financial Analysis (FA) is working to build scalable, end-to-end data products that enable centralized, self-service data sourcing through an array of consumption patterns optimized for Planning and Analysis (P&A) functions.
As a Data Domain Modeler in Transformation & Innovation team you will lead the design and implementation of end-to-end data models starting from raw data to the semantic layer that makes our data more accessible and understandable for different persona ranging from: finance users, data analysts, automation, quantitative research and machine learning teams. Being part of an influential and data-centric team focused on data accessibility you will work on designing new data models for domains such as headcount, contractors, financials, forecasting models, markets, and macro-economic scenarios. You will also represent the data domains in the overall information architecture strategy to optimize data models for end user consumption, identify data homogenization opportunities, and optimize data pipelines in our data lake-house.
You will lead the engagement and partner with product owners, business users (both technical and non-technical), data providers, and technology teams across the entire finance function to design and deliver data products.

Responsibilities:
Trace lineage for client metrics across products and business lines
Design and maintain blueprint of lineage record tracing, logical data models and data quality rule recommendations
Develop conceptual, logical, and metadata solutions using JSON schema
Define model and rationalize target state logical data models, socialize with key stakeholders and conduct walkthrough
Unify data concepts across finance, product leads, credit risk, and applications across Citi
Participate in requirement gathering sessions with business leads, operations, SMEs, technologists and governance teams
Inventory lineage records to create end-to-end transparency and expose fragmented data functions for process simplification

Qualifications:
6+ years hand-on experience in Data Architecture, Data Science and/or Data Modeling expertise
Must have hands on experience in developing large complex data models and building complex IT systems
Experience in CapitalMarkets/Banking/Retail/Researchdomains
Financial Industry knowledge in commercial banking, capital and investment banking and markets is a plus
Strong experience in relational modeling, UML modeling and metadata management tools
Experience in Modeling and architecture tools such as Magic Draw, Erwin, Enterprise Architect is a plus.
Expertise in Data Management methodologies involving architecture, modeling, storage, security
Good understanding of data governance - defining strategy, developing goals, principles and policies
Demonstrated influencing, facilitation and partnering skills
Track record of interfacing with and presenting results to senior management
Analytical, flexible, team-oriented and have goodinterpersonal/communicationskills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
