To qualify, candidates must have:

Our Senior Consultants are required to possess some experience in at least one of the technical skills below and some exposure across one or multiple others:

    • Operating Model design, segmentation strategy and inventory optimisation. Understanding the issues across the end to end supply chain, and potential solutions to improve performance.
  • Supply Chain Transformation
    • Being part of one or many significant supply chain transformation projects with considerable scope and scale. Demonstrable knowledge of working as part of the transformation including the design, setup and delivery including people, process and technological change.
  • Digital Supply Chain
    • Applying or implementing next-generation supply chain technologies such as Robotic Process Automation, cognitive automation and AI, Internet-of-Things (IOT), Blockchain and Big Data analytics.
  • Supply Chain Analytics
    • Developing detailed supply chain analytics to deliver enhanced end to end SC visibility (e.g. creating and connecting supply chain models to customer and pricing analytics).
  • Supply Chain Planning Functional
    • Demand and supply planning, sales & operations planning, segmentation strategy, inventory optimisation and/or production scheduling.
  • Supply Chain Planning with Technology
    • Knowledge of one of the following technologies (either from a Business Integrator, Systems Integrator or Client role): OMP, Kinaxis, o9, Aera, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, and SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Logistics
    • Network design and network modelling; understanding of global customs and trade; warehouse design and optimisation; 3PL and 4PL or Control Tower management.
  • Manufacturing
    • Manufacturing optimisation both in terms of plant level performance improvement (both technology and people) or holistic manufacturing network optimisation.
  • Procurement
    • Strategic, operational or transactional procurement across the buying lifecycle including procurement strategy, Operating Model, category management, strategic sourcing or deployment of procurement data, technology and analytics. This may be leveraging enterprise-level technology to standardise, automate and digitise various aspects of supply chain. Specific experience in deploying SAP Ariba is being sought.
  • Service and Asset Management Transformation
    • Understanding and knowledge of end to end asset management lifecycle, including Field force, service and asset management transformation. The asset management lifecycle covers strategy, budgeting, sourcing, warehousing and logistics, inventory management, repairs, disposals and asset accounting processes.

  • Improve quality through: Operating as a single point of contact for day-to-day coordination of client service professionals (primary and international teams) and deliverables, CBS resources (FMA, BD, EM, GDS, etc.), and key stakeholders that may include external client contacts; Streamlining all communications and team processes for increased efficiencies; Functioning as a subject matter resource for firm tools, including MMT, Mercury, PACE, RPA, GIS System, Canvas, Atlas, ISP, Global Analytics, SharePoint; Maintaining process documentations for enhanced knowledge sharing and business continuity and Exploring, identifying, and applying best practices for optimal team workflows and day-to-day operations
  • Mitigate risks through: Serving as a dedicated team resource to perform due diligence work (i.e., independence, pre-approvals, and pipeline management) and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements; and providing in-depth analysis on engagement economics and other financial analytics (e.g., budget vs. actuals, billings, leverage, and fees)
  • Contribute to the ASA practice development through: Active participation and involvement in the onboarding, training, and continued coaching of new and existing members

To qualify, candidates must have:

  • Ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations, concurrent projects, and prioritize multiple tasks and competing deadlines
  • A strong executive presence with listening, influencing, and excellent interpersonal skills, and an ability to proactively manage upwards
  • Excellent presentation skills with ability to summarize essential information for executives
  • Strong organization, analytical/math, attention to detail, prioritization, project management and client service skills
  • Effective delegation and time management skills, including ability to supervise offshore (GDS) resources
  • Solution oriented; address all relevant information/data and develop practical solutions
  • Strong critical thinking skills with creative and curious approach to tackle complex challenges, leveraging internal tools and resources to achieve favorable results
  • Strong knowledge of service line and engagement, and of the firm’s structure, key personnel and organizational policies/procedures
  • Perform high-quality work and apply diligence in follow up
  • Effectively summarize and conclude on work, applying appropriate documentation standards
  • Protect confidential and proprietary information
  • Master use of intermediate functions of firm standard and service line-specific software applications and databases, e.g., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other firm tools including MMT, Mercury, PACE, RPA, GIS System, Canvas, ISP, Global Analytics, SharePoint, etc.
  • Often work at client location; may require travel
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Prior project management experience
  • Preferred experience in a professional services environment
  • Approximately 5-7 years in a related field

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $56,600 to $102,700. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $67,900 to $116,700. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
