Job Description

Seeking a Product manager to support Corporate Treasury technology and front office teams in an agile engineering environment (both legacy mainframe and more modern technologies on the cloud). Experience with software as a service vendors also relevant. Specific knowledge of the following products and related technologies will differentiate candidates:

  • XVA

  • Collateral

  • Hedging

  • Debt Issuance

  • Repo

  • Securitization

  • Funds Transfer Pricing

The product and project manager will:

  • Manage cross-portfolio impacts, planning, dependency maps, OKRs and key metrics to prioritize, maintain and refine product backlog, including product management routines such as QPP

  • Enable the organization to consistently evolve business strategy based on prior outcomes and feedback loops

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify and analyze needs, provide input to recommendations for request and/or problem resolution

  • Provide regular communication to stakeholders and partners for transparency and awareness of outcomes and impediments; create visual displays and communications with key information and status updates for leadership

  • Create user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Direct and prioritize development work to ensure work focuses on maximizing business value aligned with product strategy and broader Treasury needs while also monitoring team/agile metrics to improve discovery and delivery

  • Serve as primary liaison between the business and Agile teams, ensuring teams understand vision for the products along with business objectives and outcomes

  • Support Treasury’s continued product and project management strategy evolution, and be responsible for inform product structure roadmap, protocols and standards and reporting documentation

  • Lead the Compensation Product Team of analysts and developers to design, develop, and deliver long-term, large-scale solutions to complex and unique challenges
  • Serve as an expert advisor to executives on complex, visible, and diverse solutions that are strategically focused
  • Provide forward-looking leadership to identify emerging capabilities that will advance the product; stay abreast of industry trends and actively participate in vendor design and advisory councils to influence vendor product roadmap
  • Ensure cross-functional dependencies and business readiness needs are articulated, managed, and addressed to successfully execute work with quality and on-time
  • Manage processes and routines needed to ensure that the product predictably delivers value, adjust planning in situations that may include financial, control, or process roadblocks; inspect pre-release progress, recommend changes, and ensure timelines are met


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Workday HR product management experience in a global environment with multiple integrations
  • 5+ years of Workday Compensation experience leading a product team
  • Experience consulting, implementing, and owning Human Resource products and tools
  • Experience leading scrum teams in an Agile environment and strong Agile knowledge
  • Experience presenting product vision, roadmap, and technical solutions to executives
  • Experience influencing and managing cross-functional work streams to execute initiatives with quality and on-time
  • Experience leading and facilitating workshops and discussions to effectively gather requirements and achieve a detailed understanding of client objectives and desired outcomes
  • Experience integrating systems with third-party service vendors

Pay Range

$111,100.00 - $197,500.00

Seeking a Product manager to support Corporate Treasury technology and front office teams in an agile engineering environment (both legacy mainframe and more modern technologies on the cloud). Experience with software as a service vendors also relevant. Specific knowledge of the following products and related technologies will differentiate candidates:

  • XVA

  • Collateral

  • Hedging

  • Debt Issuance

  • Repo

  • Securitization

  • Funds Transfer Pricing

The product and project manager will:

  • Manage cross-portfolio impacts, planning, dependency maps, OKRs and key metrics to prioritize, maintain and refine product backlog, including product management routines such as QPP

  • Enable the organization to consistently evolve business strategy based on prior outcomes and feedback loops

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify and analyze needs, provide input to recommendations for request and/or problem resolution

  • Provide regular communication to stakeholders and partners for transparency and awareness of outcomes and impediments; create visual displays and communications with key information and status updates for leadership

  • Create user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Direct and prioritize development work to ensure work focuses on maximizing business value aligned with product strategy and broader Treasury needs while also monitoring team/agile metrics to improve discovery and delivery

  • Serve as primary liaison between the business and Agile teams, ensuring teams understand vision for the products along with business objectives and outcomes

  • Support Treasury’s continued product and project management strategy evolution, and be responsible for inform product structure roadmap, protocols and standards and reporting documentation

Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00
