Your role:

  • Plans and organizes, including detailed logistics, leadership meetings, including off-sites, customer and site visits. Provides administrative support for preparations of Ultrasound Services meetings and Enterprise Champion business meetings such as Remote-Digital Enterprise.
  • Provides administrative support for budget, purchase orders tracking and manages expense reporting and travel booking for your leader in Concur.
  • Delivers, sometimes fully independently, the full range of administrative tasks which could involve a high level of responsibility and confidential matters. This also includes the tracking of important tasks and deadlines as well as communication to the Services Leadership team.
  • Works with a strong Leadership Team that reports directly to the Services Leader to continue to move the business forward and communicate with the team as necessary. Works with the Global Service Leaders Executive Assistant team coordinating Service Leaders Meetings as required weekly and monthly and as needed.
  • Works with the Remote-Digital Services Enterprise Leadership (EA) team, including ExCo (EA) to coordinate the Remote-Digital Services Meetings as required weekly, monthly and as needed.
