L3 Software Support Engineer- Clinical Integration & Insights, Enterprise Informatics (Cambridge, MA)


Your role:

  • Offers technical support for the complaint handling unit and contributes to the complaint review board to ensure the desired quality level of complaint feedback. Reviews and updates knowledge articles using central knowledge repositories, authors new knowledge articles, and archives outdated ones as necessary, working under limited supervision.
  • Provides technical expertise for escalations and determines the required support for resolving customer problems, escalating severe issues to Leadership for awareness and support. Conducts thorough root cause analysis post-escalations and initiates corrective actions, preventing the recurrence of similar incidents in the future.
  • Collaborates with the market and performance manager to develop and deliver knowledge-sharing sessions, enhancing the skills and expertise of FSE (Field Service Engineers) for faster resolution of customer issues. Consults with cross-functional teams regarding suspected security events and develops appropriate action plans for escalated security events and to help assess safety risks and provides inputs for risk mitigation strategies, fostering a proactive approach to safety management.
  • Addresses customer product inquiries via telephone, email, or chat sessions, leveraging strong interpersonal skills and in-depth technical product knowledge to provide exemplary customer-centric service.
  • Utilizes expertise to troubleshoot issues related to malfunctioning electro/mechanical equipment or software applications, offering informed recommendations for corrective action to ensure prompt issue resolution.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience C++ software development with Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English.
  • The position requires business travel of 10 to 15%, worldwide, and may require sporadic attendance to calls outside of office hours.
  • Experience with Troubleshooting, Escalation Management, Documentation & Reporting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Continuous Improvement, IT Networking, Regulatory Requirements, Engineering Fundamentals, Remote Support Tools & Techniques, Technical Acumen, and Electronics Fundamentals
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this

Senior Global Web Strategy Manager

As our Senior Global Web Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for driving our global web management capability to support the Philips web experience across our health systems businesses.

Your role:

  • Drive our global web content management capability to work with our health system businesses to understand audience engagement needs on the web and to recommend and execute web updates to meet those needs. This will include providing input to our business digital team and marcom on content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and target audience, from a web optimization perspective.
  • Be part of a team to drive our customer experience to the next level resulting in measurable customer and business impact. Leverage content optimization best practices along with search engine optimization to increase search engine visibility and conversion.
  • Thoughtfully leverage the latest in web innovation and AI to create and enhance a web experience fit for future, supporting the entire end-to-end customer journey.
  • Strategically identify how other channels (i.e. eCommerce, paid search, media, email, etc.) in the digital ecosystem should integrate with our web experience to maximize impact. Monitor and analyze website traffic, user engagement, customer NPS and other metrics to measure the success of the web and content experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, customer service, sales, IT, design, and others to ensure a unified and harmonious end-to-end customer experience.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in the digital marketing space, inclusive of web strategy and execution.
  • Your skills include familiarity and experience with web conversion optimization, Search Engine Optimization, and an understanding of how digital marketing campaigns rely on and interact with the web.
  • You have a Bachelor's OR Master's Degree in Marketing Management, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce Management, Business Administration, E-Commerce Management or equivalent.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
  • You’re a tech/digital savvy expert with experience in managing customer-oriented digital platforms and have a data-driven mindset with strong experience in decision making.
