In this role, you will:
Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact.
Implement solutions, by configuring and customizing scripting, for all components of the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) product.
Act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplines.
Lead the conceptualization, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of new and existing features for the existing portfolio of applications for a business area.
Design, code, configure, unit test, maintain, and document software deliverables using agreed upon standards and tools.
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments.
Ensure that solutions delivered by self or team members are secure and scalable, comply with defined standards and best practices.
Code ServiceNow solutions within an Agile Framework.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of ServiceNow experience in building, implementing, and maintaining platform technologies, workflows and integrations (This is not a ServiceNow Administration position.)
Desired Qualifications
1+ years of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) implementation and development experience
2+ years of RESTful or SOAP web services
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
One or more of the following ServiceNow certifications: (CSA) Certified Systems Administrator, (CIS) Certified Implementation Specialist, or (CAD) Certified Application Developer

Required Qualifications:

1+ year of experience with NLP techniques such as tokenization, embeddings, transformers, and attention mechanisms.
Desired Qualifications:
Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Experience with deploying machine learning models in production environments and integrating ML into applications.
Knowledge of ML Ops practices and tools.
Knowledge of Rule Engine Technology

Design and lead the development and implementation of software for RHEL AI to leverage the power of hardware accelerators.
Be an owner of product quality for our product set by looking to continuously improve process and coding standards
Work closely with Engineering, Product Management and Support stakeholders to prioritize features and bugs during all phases of development
Lead the interaction with relevant hardware partners with a focus on getting key functionality included in their roadmap
Develop architectural and design principles with an eye on performance, resilience, scalability, security, technology constraints and comprehensibility.

What you will bring
Strong experience with RHEL or other Linux distributions and a recognized authority in at least one key technology
Strong experience with software development with programming languages such as Python, Go or similar
Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on root cause analysis
Experience with container technologies, such as Kubernetes/OpenShift and Podman
Nice to have
Previous experience with hardware acceleration, either generic GPU experience or specific ones, such as NVidia CUDA, AMD ROCm or Intel Gaudi

The salary range for this position is $157,750.00 - $260,200.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
